Joost Review: Part 1
First of all thank you to TechCrunch for sorting me out with an invite. I was curious to see if it was legitimate. But as soon as the program was installing I knew it would be ok!
Well first of all im going to start off with the installation. At this point im going to assume that you have downloaded the software. When you launch the install program it definitely looks like the Joost site with its styling. Pretty standard installation screen apart from that

Then the rest of the process is boring but they added one nice touch, when the installation is in progress the black box opens and Joost’s now signature light streaks appear.

(Notice the box started opening in the above shot)

See how the box is now vitually open! WOW! Am i too easily pleased? Well, thats it really, once it is installed it will add an icon to your desktop aswell as the taskbar. It then launches itself. So here is a sneak peek at what will the start up/loading screen looks like, it launches full screen so adapts to your current screen reolution, mine is set pretty high so I had to reduce it to fit. I did the install twice so I remembered what i was watching before i re-installed (so i could show you). So i was watching the World Poker Tour channel!

Well this isn’t much of a review so far, as its just he install. The next one will be more indepth. Subscribe to the feed to hear then Part 2 is published. Or just check back.

Any chance you can hook me up with an invite?
If you look at my other Joost posts there is a link to a site that has 10,000 invites. But they might be all gone.
